Historically Jackson Lloyd were using outbound live agents to contact residents on customer satisfaction questionnaires . The call centre was experiencing problems in actual resident contact and also delivering Key Performance Indicators.
ROI was employed to build a fully automated voice reach customer satisfaction application to contact residents.
Each resident was invited to respond to 7 questions with multiple choices by pressing buttons on their mobile or landline keypads.
The campaign was run over a 4 day period and delivered to over 8000 homes.
