In 2004 Liverpool City Council submitted its Housing Stock Options Appraisal, Liverpool Mutual Homes was conceived as a tenant led organisation with tenants at the heart of all decision making.

Following the stock transfer from Liverpool City Council on 1st April 2008, LMH became the newest housing association in Liverpool managing over 15,000 homes.

ROI were commissioned by Pinnacle - PSG on behalf of their client LMH to build an automated outbound voice reach application to recover overdue rent.

ROI conducted an outbound voice reach campaign to recover rent. Previously they had 5 rent officers to contact residents who were "Seriously" overdue with their repayments.

ROI fully automated the outbound process.

The application was built to engage with the resident asking them to press 1 to discuss payment, even a small amount.
