During September 2009 Parcel2Go released their new "£4.99 up to 25kg service", they wanted to inform their clients about this fantastic new service. Our Bulk Communication system was used to send 80,000 SMS messages and in the process their data was cleansed through our data services and approximately 7,000 bad records where removed; introducing savings during their next campaign.

The Future

We do all Parcel2Go outbound campaigns and work closely with their operations team; striving to ensure we provide an efficient and friendly service. We have also integrated our API into their CRM system providing them with direct access to their own branded API.
