Swintons' customers can claim cashback on their insurance policies by calling our automated claims line, or by emailing their reference number, name and address details. ROI provided an 'end to end solution' including inbound IVR and email data capture services, which collate all communications and data gathered from customers.

ROI offer Swinton secure online access to reporting analysis on all the phone and email claims as well as a daily automated emailed spreadsheet.

The service went live in November 2008 and continues to be a great success. We have been working with Swinton to enhance their data through our data capture services and have reduced their fail rate from 25% to less than 4% within a matter of days. We now handle over 1,000 transactions a day from Swinton (increasing daily) and are dedicated to enhancing our provisions so our clients can always be assured of an optimal service.
