Voice How It Works - 5 simple steps
Note: you must first register for this service. Once you have signed up you will receive your username and password via email. You will then be asked to verify the phone number you provided for authentication.
Register
Click on the 'Register' button in the menu bar at the top of any page in the website.
You will then be presented with the form to be completed, as shown below:
Once you have submitted your information you will be contacted via email to confirm your details for validation.
Create Campaign
Contact our creative team so we can work together to create a stunning voice campaign including ways to maximise your 'Return On Investment':
Our expertise in creating messages helps ensure a 'powerful punch' and pleasurable experience for all parties. We can assist in recording your message, resulting in a quality product.
Enter Data
Upload your audience list to us in excel, csv, or text format. This list gives us the phone numbers of the audience you wish to reach.
We offer 'Data Cleansing' services such as checking your data against the TPS (telephony preference system). Your voicereach system learns as you use it, so opted out or dead numbers won't be called again.
Step 4: Schedule
Specify the best days/times to contact your audience. We can guide you on the times which are most cost effective and give the best responses to get you a stunning result from your voicereach service.
Step 5: Send
Once the schedule is set, your send will run automatically within the pre-defined days/times as long as the voice campaign status is set to 'On'.
To pause your send, simply click the status button to set to 'Off' and vice versa.
You can manage your own campaign through our management console.
